Follow-Up at Home

To care for their seed—and their faith—encourage them to:

1. Add soil to the small vessel.
   (2 Timothy 2:21 – “Be a vessel for honorable use… ready for every good work.”)
2. Place the seed in soil.
   (Luke 8:11 – “The seed is the word of God.”)
3. Keep it watered.
   (John 4:14 – “…a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”)
4. Be patient.
   (James 1:4 – “Let patience have its perfect work…”)
5. Watch your faith grow.
   (Matthew 17:20 – “Faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains.”)

What’s Next?

This is the first in a series of facilitated curriculum designed for Roots & Wonders — a bi-weekly pop-up booth at the Troutdale Farmer’s Market at Mt. Hood Community College. Each session includes a hands-on  project paired with a spiritual message your child can carry home.
